Environment is not merely a god gift but also our heritage and its conservation is the responsibility of each and every element, may it be an animal or human being. This message is being conveyed in the Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya, Bhopal by the Poubilai- a giant python.
Craft skill of folk India is incredible, because it does not have only the versatile use of tools but also includes the emotional aspect, respect and the belief due to which whatever it creates is amazing and inspite of being individual, shared by irrespective of whatever it may be- a beautiful piece of textile, ornament, mask or a giant python.
School children in group of 40 students each visiting the exhibition and being introduced with Poubilai and expressing their feelings through clay models and paintings on paper after the guided tour to the exhibition.
